I bought the 13kw version a few years ago, running it on my L3830. Thankfully, I've only needed it once, but it was great. I ran it for about 30 hours and it performed flawlessly. The only quibble was that the power output wasn't clean enough for our stereo amplifier, it went into "protection" mode, so we had to use the television's built-in speakers. Oh, the humanity!
