Grading PTO fuse

I have an XR 4046 and the PTO fuse keeps blowing without turning the PTO switch on. I致e looked for broken wires and tried located the solenoid but didn稚 find either. I致e been told the solenoid is located by axle housing on the right side but haven稚 found it. Any ideas?

If yours is hydrostatic it will be on the right side of the transmission case. The left side with gear drive. I have read of a few people having the solenoid valve go bad on this model. Part #1. Maybe this will help...
