PTO driven log splitter?

i have seen many 3pt. logsplitters that use tractor hydraulics, but do they make one where the PTO drives a hydraulic pump so you don't have to use the tractors system?

wkpoor, i was checking out that thread last night. great setup! its alittle rich for me as i don't need the speed or capacity that your unit has. for less than the price of your plumbing, lowes has a 27 ton honda 5.5 for 1300$ you didn't just go big, you went HUGE! I bet the wood sees that thing coming and flies apart before you even engage your PTO. you gotta give that thing a name, something that powerful deserves one! how about Neverhavetouseanaxeagain, its kinda long but it fits!
