Thanks for the responses. I think I will go with a fan type. The perma cool sounds great, but from what I understand they run around$150 compared to the Surplus Center's $35-40. But then you get what you pay for. A little more thinking, and then deciding if I should try to install myself....

Just use a fan. Try a junk yard and test one. Should be pretty cheap.

A good cooler will do all that you are asking, and more. With a cheapie, you'll always be looking over your shoulder waitin' for the connections to burst or the fan to fail. That's my 2 cents from the car racing perspective, where failures on the track cost dearly.
