Brain55. Could you explain feather the hydraulic shuttle.? I usually come to a complete stop then go to forward or reverse.

When you engage the shuttle you can feel the hydraulic clutch start to engage and then you move the shuttle back to neutral, much like slipping the clutch except it causes much less wear. The customers that I've seen employ this technique get much more wear out of their dry clutch. The only time you really need to use the dry clutch on this machine is on start up and when engaging the PTO.
