I'm looking at a 2008 Case Farmall 105U with MFWD and Case L730 loader as an upgrade to our chore tractor. It has 1000 hours on it. I'm still trying to figure out what tranny it has in it (since I don't know much about the modern transmissions-have always ran older Deeres)and whether it has a wet clutch. Looked liked there were some options on these tractors. Just trying to figure out pros and cons...I thought I heard somebody say that the 'U' series were better than just the numbered Farmalls.

Thanks for your help.

L730 is an excellent loader and much stronger than the aftermarket Bush hog loader offerings. Those are flimsy junk. I have one on my Farmall 105U and have been very pleased with the loader. The tractor does have a wet clutch with shuttle shift. There were several optional transmissions so not sure what yours will have.
