welcome to the forum fellow Western Mass'er. I have a 5' rake with gauge wheels and a flip down blade, and I use it to maintain my 500' gravel driveway...it works great. Sorry, but I have no direct experience with trying to move rocks...but I do know that the top link, which controls your "angle of attack" may be something to experiment with...as others have already stated. good luck.
