propane or acetylene ?

Average guy will not see the difference in Propane vs Acetylene when cutting. You will only use more Oxygen on the Pre heat. If you do not " Weld " with your Torch, You are better off with an " Alternate " fuel. ie: Propane, Propylene, Natural Gas, Chemoline or MAPP> Heating tips are available for all these gasses and in the end you will Save money with " Alternate Fuels." I will not get into the Flame temps and O2 usages on here but I can send you plenty of reading material if you would like to compare all facts. I'm a Victor Torch Rep. Let me know and Good Cuitting..
