Problems with Trespassers

I found out on Friday that the 2 of them were served warrants for 3rd degree criminal trespass. The arraignment is set for July 8. So I guess we'll see what happens. The mom has been taking pictures of my land from the road.

Without reading back too much, is this the result of charges you filed, or just when you called the cops?
Have you started the fence?

This is a result of the last time I called the police. One of the deputies that came went to the county attorney & filed the charges.

I have been reading this thread with interest and admire the restraint that you have managed to show. I don't know if I could have done what you have managed to do.
Please continue to update this thread as I and many others, would like to know the outcome. I feel sure that you will win and that eventually all will settle down.

It is a Great feeling, both for court and in the future to be able to know that you have clean hands. It gives you confidence in asking "what have I done to you"? Everybody thinks they are a tough guy, until they meet one. You have stayed in control of yourself that makes you smarter and tougher.
I am speaking from experience on this subject and can tell you things will get better. Seems like it takes forever, though.

True, and also the arraignment was scheduled for just yesterday, so hopefully he'll pop in with an update if it stayed on schedule...
