Problems with lifting on both bucket and backhoe on bobcat ct235

I have bobcat ct 235, and seem to have this losing power problem.
It started to lose lifting power, and now it is so low almost not lifting empty. Any thoughts?

Check your QD's.

Check your pressure with a 3000 psi hyd gage.

Pressure = force and GPM = speed of operation.
