Has anyone used/installed one of these valves, I need to replace my loader valve and saw this on surplus center website.
I would like to add a 3rd function for a snowplow this winter was going to use electric solenoid valve but this looks a whole lot easier.

Logically, you want to match the flow rate of your tractor with the loader valve selected.

Hydraulics:
Type: open center
Gear Pump flow: 5.88 gpm [22.3 lpm]
Hydro Pump flow: 6.3 gpm [23.8 lpm]
Gear Steering flow: 3.07 gpm [11.6 lpm]
Hydro Steering flow: 4.55 gpm [17.2 lpm]

If your tractor flow rate is about half the loader valve, at half lever, you will be flowing total pump flow.

You could get this loader valve and still get a diverter or a 3rd function valve.
