Price Check pricing on a L3240 and L3540

I'm considering different options of these models. Any info on pricing?
Also, why is it that the Hp and pto Hp is higher on the L3800 than the L3240?

The hp is higher on the L3800 because its a larger cubic inch engine. Also I priced the tractors out yesterday and the L3540 is about $2000 higher than the L3240, depending on which bucket/loader combo you get. I think the L3240 is about $21,800 and the L3540 is $23,800. These prices are plus tax and doing the financing through Kubota. $1000 off if you do cash.

There's an L3240 with LA524 FEL and 225 hours on C/L in central Ohio for $14,900. Sometimes another data point can be useful. Happy hunting!

The L3800 is the "basic" line and the Grand "L" is their more deluxe series.
You are getting more features and later styling w/ the Grand vs. the std. L series. All the companies have a standard or low spec series and then they
have their more deluxe series. The basic series are meant to be a lower price point. Deere, N.H., Kioti, etc. all do it to keep the price down.

Are the prices of $21,800 for the L3240 and $23,800 for the L3540 including the loader? I want the LA724 loader with Q/A. It also seems the website price is different from the dealer. They tag you with extras. Any advice?

Real world pricing is around 8% to 12% (and sometimes higher if a model is overstocked or being phased out) LESS than the MSRP shown on the web site. If your dealer is tacking on extra charges and is at or above MSRP, find an new dealer. And by the way, there are a few dealers on this site that will quote and ship a tractor to your door. Barlows in Kentucky ships all over the country and I believe Messicks will ship in the Mid Atlantic and northeast areas.
