Price Check pricing of T, TG, GR series

Anyone know where I can get MSRP for the T, TG, and GR series? I have no idea why company web sites don't publish MSRP!

And why is it necessary to answer that way? Like the poster, I would find it useful to get an idea of what they go for instead of asking the dealer -
and possibly eating up both your time and the dealers when you are not ready to make a move. Or you just want to get a range to shoot for...

Gary go to this site http://www.barlowequipment.com/ and ask Brad to quote you on the tractors. Beware of the new Guide Steer models GR2000/GR2100. Their not perfected yet or as reliable as the old TG1860 Series. One other ***** here no more 48" decks on diesels either unless you want a bagger G2160-R48S model. I beat Brad up pretty good before I bought my new M9540 from a local dealer. He understands MSRP and cost involved. Anyway you look at it you will pay for shipping someway in the cost of the tractor. Dealers are held somewhat on factory incentives. A way to tell "whats hot" is over produced or over-marketed models that are not moving on the show room floor. Another tip is watch Kubota Finance for rebates. Dealers will get their margins, they have to, to stay in business. I think Neil will go along with that. You should considered it as the cost of ownership and you know there are those red and green one too! Negot$ate, negotiate.

GLIDE STEER is how I should have spelled the above new system for the GR Series. I looked at it again today and the engineers may have the bugs worked out on the 2006 models. Less warranties my buddy tells me from Suwanee.

What sort of problem.s are you reffering to , I have a gr2100 and have had no problems to date , however only have 13 hours om it as yet

My dealer won't even stock the GR2100 due to the issues that they've had with the rear axles. Tells me that every one they've sold has been back for rear axle issues. If I remember correctly,he said it was an issue with the length of the axles due to the way the Glide Steer worked, and a lack of support causing premature wear on the outer bearing/bushing.

We've sold probably a dozen and worked on two of them. I've not read anything about a short drive component, but I do know that you need to keep your fluid levels near the full mark to keep all the transmission components submurged. If it drops down there is an exposed component. Its not bad to overfill the transmission just to be on the safe side.

That may very well be the issue,and hopefully they have it figured out. I liked that unit except for those potential issues, so I got a G2160 instead. Old faithful and dead reliable.
