Pricing help needed on 2006 L4330 with extras

I looked at a 2006 Kubota L4330 GST 4x4 today here's the info:

-1022 hrs
-original owner
-open cabin with canopy on rops
-oil changed at 100hr increments (no written proof)
-loader w/quick attach bucket (good condition)
-pallet forks
-4'x6' homemade (maybe?) man basket that slips onto pallet forks (good)
-woods 3pt backhoe with 16" and 8" buckets (fair to good) Can't remember what model
-top n tilt setup
-box blade (fair to good)
-6' finish mower (fair)
-R4 tires in good shape - rears fluid filled

Tractor is in pretty good shape. Front light lens is broken and the grill under it is as well. Owner told me how and when it happened.

Also comes with a 1999 or 2000 25' gooseneck trailer. 14klb capacity, good tires, dovetail, good deck, brakes on axles, not sure if lights work but think they do.

Total asking price for the package is $19,500. I'm in southwest tn.

Is this a decent price??? Any opinions appreciated.

Also, owner said he has not taken the backhoe off the tractor since it was installed. Not sure how long ago that was but I believe it was within the first year or two of him purchasing tractor. Do I need to look for stress cracks or leaks in any particular spots?

I would say that is about in the ball park especially with the trailer. Just make sure the clutch is strong and maybe draw an oil sample for analysis if you were so inclined.Make sure you look at all the seals closely and run the machine through every possible movement and operation. I say go for it.
