Pricing Advice Ingersoll 4016

HI:
Im looking for some pricing advice. Im thinking of selling my 1997 4016 Ingersoll with 400 hours. It has a three point hitch, rear hydraulic selector valve, 54" front blade and 48" mower. Overall condition is very good. Paint is shiny, few blemishes but overall a nice machine. Runs great. Can someone tell me what it might be worth??

In my neck of the woods. it would fetch somewhere in the neighborhood of $2500 to maybe $3,000

Sounds like a nice machine... I would think that $3000 would be obtainable.
