Price Check Price range for 72-84" Box blades?

Im looking at heavy duty , mainly 84" Frontier brand, or Landpride brand box blades.

Seems theres a ton of them, but ive heard an 84" could be $1500-2k.. and any with the hydraulic scarifiers, to control from in the cab vs the normal manual way could be 1k on top of that..

Are some box blades really 3k?

I was checking a few months ago before steel prices went down and a Frontier BB1284 hydraulic box blade that I have was listed at $4600.00.
These have come down in price recently to about $3800-$4000 list. Hope no one pays list price though.

Remember, when it comes to implements, you usually get what you pay for. And yes, no problem to pay 3k for a good box blade. With that said, there are a lot of TBNers that have had good luck with box blades of much less $$$.

Me, I have learned my lesson, spend the $$$$ up front and be done with it. The two times that I cheaped out, it cost more $$$$ to rebuild or to replace.
