Price question on second hand B2710

Hello,
I've just run accross a B2710 with 500 hrs. I've not gone to see it yet, but the dealer says it looks like new. It has a loader and MMM and is being sold at $12,500. He indicated that he might be inclined to go lower. I don't have any details as far as warranty left, but that aside, how does that price look?

I've been leaning towards a new Kioti CK30HST with loader, but this Kubota seems like a good deal.

Price is good. But try for a lower price. 500 hours is just broke in. The B2710 is not similar to the CK30HST. CK is larger and heavier.

Yes, the CK is a beast, which is really attractive =) But my primary task is mowing and the lower weight (and, I'm told, CoG) for the Kubota will be nice on my slopey yard.

I have an early model B2710 with LA402 loader, 970+ hours and no MMM. The used MMM would add at least $1000 to the price. It's the same size tractor as the B2910/B7800/B3030 just with a less powerful engine. A good solid, not all that heavy, workhorse.

If an early model offer him $11K or if a later model $11.5K and walk away with a great deal. Early models go up to serial number 15xxx. I think later models start at 5xxxx.
