Price Check Price Question: L5240HST / HSTC

I have never owned a tractor, so I have been reading a lot of posts on this site trying to determine how much tractor I need to run a reasonably big snowblower (at least 80 inches) at high elevation (9000 feet). I lean toward orange.
On one thread someone (Mesa) mentioned a similar setup with a 5240. From the spec it seems like a reasonable choice. What is the "ballpark" price range for a L5240HST with factory FEL? How much more for the cab?
(Maybe I should be sitting down?)

From the 2007 price book:

The L5240HSTC 45pto Hp $31,790.00 That's list without options or front end loader. The loader and bucket will be about 5kminus the 15% You can expect about 15% off list when you arrive at your desired package.

FYI, for a few more $, you can get the L5740HSTC 50pto Hp $33,540.00 (I believe that's what Mesa is considering.) Same loader and price.

Don't even think about not getting a cab and blowing snow; you will regret it and kick yourself every time you remember your decision.

When you are spending that kind of money, the cab is a small percentage and the convenience it provides cannot be overstated. Plus, cabbed tractors hold their value better than open platform.

I just Purchased a L5740. The pricing was as follows.

L5740 HST-$24,212.00
LA854 Loader W/quick attach,72" HD Bucket,Cutting Edge-$4491.00
Woods BH90-X Backhoe W/man thumb-$7400.00
Woods Hydraulic Thumb Kit-$1245.00
2 Remotes and Top-n-Tilt Kit-$1678.30

For a Total of-$39,026.30

Tractor and Loader totaled-$28,703.00. I Think the cab option adds around $5000.00. I would Assume that you should expect to pay around 33k-34k for a cab model L5740 W/Loader, and about $1600.00 Less than that for the L5240. IMO For the $1600.00 difference, the L5740 is a no brainer.
