Price Check Price opinion please

Just joined today as I'm about to buy a used Kubota B2400. Model year between '95-99, not sure exactly. It has a Loader and Backhoe and about 2000 hrs on it. I am paying $10K for it. It's in very good condition for the age and hours on it. Can anyone tell me if this is priced too high or if it's a fair price? If I am asking this question in the wrong forum I apologize in advance. Please direct me to the right place.

If it didn't have a backhoe, I'd say it was too high, but the backhoe adds a lot of value.
