I think it is a good price. No taxes on sale? even better then.

Damage from tires will depend on grass type and moisture content. I run all over my yard with R-4 tires and leave no marks, prints etc. Now doing the same thing with R-1 Ag tires would be a different story. I know of several memebers here who use finishing mowers to cut their lawns with class III boomers with good success.

I think it's a good price on the TL in good shape, but the rfm seems way high if it is 7' or less, especially if used.
