Price of petrol in your area?

Just curious how the price of gasoline is running in different areas (price/US gallon).
Current price up here in Michigan, near the Big Lake, is now $2.199 for regular unleaded.

I heard from those who are following crude oil prices that they expect crude oil to get up to $100/barrel. Each $1 rise in crude oil price is about 2 1/2 cents/gallon. You SUV and big truck users ready for $3.50/gallon? It's been that, and more, in Europe for years, mainly because of high taxes.

Bring it on, all my vehicles and land are paid for, so price of gas does not bother me a lot. $100-$300 a month for gas is better than drinking it up like some I know.

Some guys are getting nervous. I was at GMC dealer today to BS with a friend who owns the store. Some guy just traded in a 2004 GMC K2500HD Duramax for a 2005 Buick Park Ave. Truck cost 40g new and they are selling it for 29,995 with only 3000 miles. Reason was the high price diesel here, $2.35 gal. His 5th wheel RV is also for sale.
