Price Check Price Difference: R1 & R4 tires

I'm looking at a new Kioti DK45s. How much more should R4s cost? They are saying $500.

I know R4's tend to cost more, $500 sounds about right. However, for a full sized tractor you couldn't give me R4's, give me R1's any day. There's really no reason to pick R4's over R1's unless you mainly use it for mowing grass, which I doubt is your use for a Dk45.

for the record, I have R4's and in my extremely rocky soil they work great, the lugs don't rip like R1's can and have for me.

They also ride nice on my driveway and street.

When it comes to mud, the R4's are useless.

For the size of tractor your getting stay with the R1's. Wish I would have got them on my MX5000.

For the three brands that we sell 450 seems right for a 45 horse tractor.
