Backhoe Price Check, Wallenstein Backhoe

I got a price from my dealer for a Wallenstein 700 series backhoe with the 12" bucket, power beyond for my tractor, and the subframe mount, delivery, tax included for $5375. I have to install. Seems like a pretty good deal. I was wondering what you all thought, good deal or not?

That seems like a very good price. I've had the same unit for four years, it's been great. Can't remember what I paid for mine, because I packaged it when I bought the tractor and loader.
