Price Check Price check on CK20

I got a price of $9,550 for a CK20 (4WD, ag tires, manual trans.) This is from Georgia. How does that compare?

If you're talking new, then it's right in line in my opinion. With the several price increases that have occurred over the last year and a half, it's a pretty fair price.
Have you checked it out? Will you be happy with the manual shift and mostly unsynchronized gears? Many happy CK20 manual owners out there, but make sure you really want it over the HST.

have their prices really jumped that much? Normaly southern pricing is really competitive - I can easily sell a Hydrostatic B-Series Kubota for less than that.

Specifically, what B-series tractor could be sold for less than $9,550? What about a B7510?

Pricing is going to be very regional and you want to make sure your making apples to apples comparisons. dependingon what your local market is like you should not have too much trouble finding a B7510HST for a shade under $9500.

Thats going to be available with low rate financing, if you take the revolving credit plan you can knock off another $500.

Man, I wish I could find some of these prices within driving distance of me! My prices were:
Kioti
CK20 $14,000 ( I think he stopped selling Kioti. Wonder why /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif)
Kubota
B7510 $13,400
B7610 $13,900
All HST models with FEL
Kubota told me it included welding on bucket hooks, rear worklight, block heater and filled tires.

Whats your point? The comparision tractor was also not spec'ed with a loader.

The Kubota 7510 (especially in the Turf model) is very competitive with the CK20. In fact, when you compare prices from an aggressive discounting Kubota dealer (often out of state) with a local small Kioti dealer, the Kubota often is a lot cheaper. That especially holds true if you include the MMM which is a real steal with the Kubota and very expensive for the CK20. I know it is somewhat unfair to compare different types of dealers but for those of us who rate price above local dealer convenience, the fact is it is easier to find a heavily discounting Kubota dealer than Kioti dealer. I can only think of one internet savy Kioti dealer but there are quite a few Kobota dealers who quote excellent deals via email.

If I had not stumbled onto an excellent barely used CK20 at my local Kioti dealer, I would more likely have bought the 7510 due to price. Both are excellent and well made machines. I am glad I have the Kioti as the first task I face is lots of land clearing and the heavier CK20 is better suited to that task. If the land had already been cleared sufficienty to mow without a bush hog, the 7510 would have made a lot more sense.
