The PVA here is elected. He won't do it for love but he might do it for a votewhich means an ongoing paycheck. We also get to appeal once a year. I have two families renting from me that just moved here from Michigan. Maybe you need to join them.:thumbsup:
JT, you know KY is my second home, and I love it, but my life is here and I adore it. No sir. I am right where the good Lord put me, and I am grateful.
As for the annual appeal of assessment, I gotta believe there are some statutory rights of relief granted everywhere. Just sayin' that folks buying these quick sales, foreclosed properties need to to be informed and pro-active. I will pay my fair share, always have. Won't pay more than I have too, though.
