price check on a 2009 440 hst

i got a price of 20,300 on a new 2009 with bobtach loader, industrial tires, upgraded seat, two sets of rear remotes. does that seems reasonable? also looking at a demo 450 hst with 35hrs for 19,5.

Sounds like a good price for either. I would buy the 450 and add rear & front remotes.

How about a warranty on either. I would definetly get the 450 if both have a warranty, or both don't, otherwise the warranty would be the deciding factor for me. That is assuming they both have FEL.
