Price Check Price check for a ford 1210

My brother in law passed away recently and my sister in law has asked me to sell their tractor.it is a ford 1210 4wd with no loader. The tractor runs well but could use paint on the rear fenders.
The tractor also comes with a older lucknow blower.
I want to make sure i have a good idea of value before I place any ads, i definately want to make sure i get her what it is worth.
I don't know if it will make any difference to the value but I am located in centrel ontario.

Here, that tractor, without the blower is worth 2-5k, based on the limited information you have provided. That is depending on the condition, hours, and tires.
Up there it is worth more. I don't have any idea what the blower is worth.
Your going to have to photograph it anyway, post some pictures and list the hours.

The tires are a little checked but not bad , these are the only pics I have ,I just took a few quick pics with the tractor in the lean-to
