Sounds high to me. If you go to Deere.com you can use the build and price configurator to get the msrp for your tractor and hoe. I would expect somewhere between 15 to 20% off of the list price.
Last winter I picked up a 4520 power reverser with a 485 back hoe front forks 400cx loader and an auger for $23,500 the tractor had set outside but it only had about 300 hrs on it.
