Sorry, I don't know about the prices on that side of the boarder, but that would be a great "all in" price here. I had a Kioti CK30 (same tractor) with Woods BH-70x BH and I loved it. They are a lot more tractor for the $ than anything else I looked at.

Good price. I have a friend with the same set-up and he works it hard and loves it.
