Looking for a decent gas pressure washer. Are the Powerboss's any good? Wanting to stay around $500.

Four or five years ago I got a Karcher with a Honda engine at Costco for right in that price range.
It has been a good homeowner unit for me. Starts on the first pull every time, not quite powerful enough to take good paint off concrete, but it will strip cheap or old paint very nicely.
I have washed numerous driveways, fences, houses, and concrete walls with it. It is good on wheels and tires, but it is too strong for me to want to use it on the rest of the car.
I change the oil every year, and use Stabil in the gas.
Highly recommended.

I got an Excell from Home Depot late last year for about $225. They were closing them out (always look for the yellow tags). 2600 psi and a Honda engine. Also has the select-a-tip thingy. Didn't think I'd like that at first but it works the same. Also has a soap pick up. For something I don't use weekly, I figure why pay more.
