Pressure relief / unloader valve question

Hi fellas I bought a pto water pump with max 19.6 gpm -300 psi max.. http://bit.ly/1oTApFpLink...

I have been utterly unsuccessful at finding a pressure relief valve / unloader valve that would be good for this pump.

Something reasonably priced (@20-30$)..

Does anyone have some expertise on this subject?
