I received a letter from President C.G. Kim concerning the fix/improvement kit for the 1595 Loader. The first half of the letter denies that any problem exists. The second half of the letter describes a fix "kit"(for the loader that meets spec's and has no problems) that "will increase the roll back angle at given heights and also increase the roll back force."
The letter goes on to say that the kits will be available in 7-8 weeks. I called and found out that the "sample kit" that I was to get did not pass final inspection by Kioti engineers. The letter says that all dealers have been sent a "bulletin" outlining the program for this improvement. My dealer as of last contact had not received anything yet!

For a loader that meets spec's and has no problems, it seems it is being substantially re-designed and fixed. I am waiting to see if Kioti really plans to try and pass on the cost of this fix "kit" to the end consumer. Kioti should not try to pass on the cost of fixing poorly designed and engineered loader defects to its consumers! This Loader clearly creates an un-safe load roll back support condition that needs this "fix" or a fix!

On another note, I found out that "our" Tractorbynet forum is read by Kioti; we have anonymous spies in our mist!

I was called by an engineer from Korea last spring in regards to my loader issues. He thought I was a dealer and definetly admitted there were "isssues" with the 1595. A very big oh @@it type of sigh was emmited by him when he relised I was as end user.

No doubt about it that Kioti monitors this forum. I know from experience they do. I think personally that is good. I'm glad to see they are staying up to date on what is being said about their tractors.

In one of many talks with Kioti, I had one engineer refer to many tbn'ers by screen name and say "I guess I'll get bad press now". The pen is truly the mighty sword! Any bad press here relates directly to sales and avoidance of certain brands and products, and clearly there is power in the numbers of voices that can be heard collectively here.

Build it right and they shall come, Build it wrong and all will hear!

It's good that KIOTI reads TBN. To make their product better with hopes of beating the competition, most companies pay for surveys and product testing. At TBN, they can get this info for free and with so many members, I would think they are getting a good picture of what owners think.

They are listening, it is yet to be determined if they are learning!

Thanks for the update Buddy. Hopefully, around the end of July, we'll be praising Kioti for fixing the loaders under warranty.

Hey Buddy,

You are right about the Kioti folks looking at the website. I posted in the other loader problems post about contacting Joel @ Kioti. He was aware of the website. Not only did I mention TBN, but I gave him the address to the last post. He did mention to me that no fix had been OK’d by the engineers at that time. He also stated that my problem (1590) was just pretty much that I’d never used a self leveling loader and did not know that they just don’t lift like a regular loader. Whatever the case, I’ll buy a fix kit if they offer it and just see if it is me or the loader.
