They are required for semis and dually pickups. What you need are called "dual triple chains", preferably in a net chain, rather than a bar chain design. It uses two chain nets("dual") and three fastening chains("triple").

With these, your chains are always functional, regardless of which tire or lug has ground contact.

Of course, you need them in your tire size. For the 1845/1850, that might be a custom order, or you could order two, remove one ring chain and refasten the net to the other chain.
