Power Trac rentals in N.E Ohio

Is any body aware of a rental center in northeastern Ohio that has a 425 unit? I'm interested enough after reading the postings to seriously consider this as a possible replacement for a 420 Steiner, but I can't possibly sight unseen. I don't work like that. Thanks.

I couldn't buy sight unseen either. I was fortunate enough to find a local landscaper with two of the units and was able to see it in operation. It may be worth it to you to take a drive to Tazewell.

Call up Power Trac and ask if there are any owners in your area. They will call those people and see if they will let you visit. That's how I was able to test drive without the long (for me) trip to Tazwell.

Hey Mrg, ... if you ever get to our neck of the woods, ... you are more than welcome to take my 425 for a test ride. ... besides, coming from N.E. Ohio I know that you must be a Steelers fan like me, huh? (chuckle) ... Us Steelers (and Browns) fans gotta stick together!

I don't have a PT, and I don't know any members nearby with a 425, but I know member BILLCROASMUN lives not too far away from you and has a PT 180. I've been past his house while he was mowing, and got to see my first PT in person!

Just catching up on messages. As, Andy pointed out I am not too far away, just about 20 minutes east of Akron and am always willing to show off the PT. Although I own the PT-180 I think you would still get the idea of what a PT-425 is like and if it is worth it to you to drive a little further to the next closest 425 owner.
