If you can identify the specific brand and model number of the wheelmotors, virtually any hydraulic supply/repair shop can get them. The challenge is figuring out what you have. Tazewell doesn't make it easy, but there may be a tag or label on the motors. You may have to unbolt the motors from their mounting boxes to see if it is on the back side....

If you have precise measure instruments, you can measure and take results to a hyd shop to look up what you have and need and get off the shelf parts or order the correct seal.
You might also take the old seal so they can determine the seal material.
You really can't measure old seals as they swell or become brittle, or shrink, etc.
