Power steering for a d2500 II?

any kit or power steering unit that can fit or make fit on a mid 80s D2500 II mitsub? oh, and a better seat mount that i can scoot back...im too tall for the current seat........one other thing, it is very hard to start...would changing the glow plug help...where do i get one
