Power steering cylinder

I am new to this forum so please bear with me. I own a 1997 mahindra 485 and recently the power steering cylinder sprang a leak. Took off cylinder but cannot figure out how to take out the gland to look at the seals. Cannot catch nor see any retaining clips. Can anybody help or advise

It looks like you will need to secure the cylinder then remove the glands by putting a wrench on the flat spot on the gland if the cylinder is like the one below.

It isn't exactly like the cylinder you showed but it does have 2 flat spots. I' l l try putting a wrench to it. Thanks for the advice.
