power steeering cylinder

I want to replace the packing in the cylinder(it has a drip leak). I have the cylinder off and I
need to know how to get the cylinder apart so I can replace the packing rings. Do both ends of the cylinder unscrew? I can see that the tie rod end will unscrew(maybe).

The end cap where the piston comes out will unscrew and allow you to remove the piston
