power loss under load

I have an 05 farmtrac 390hst. It starts and runs fine for about 15-20 minutes then it falls on its face. The rpm pick right back up as soon as I let off the forward pedal. I've changed all the filters and bled the fuel filter. It seems to get worse the warmer the tractor is. Any suggestions?

Had a problem with trash stopping up the outlet of the fuel tank one time. Didn't get worse when it was warmer though.
