Well the 3 point arms seem to be related. When the arms are down, I do not believe the valve jumps....it does in the raised position. And it also seems to do it when I raise the arms.
A month or so ago, the dealer had to come to get the air out of the system so the arms would raise high enough for the backhoe to get off (you take the load off the pins with the 3 pt).
Any ideas how to purge the air from the system once and for all?

It might be raising too high, and going into relief.
That adjustment is very tricky, so you can unpin
the hoe, and not go into relief..
I doubt it's air in the system.
