Power beyond leaking on a 3720

I recently added a power beyond to my 3720 and can't get it to stop leaking (1 drop every 3-4 seconds). I've tracked it down to the filter element and verified it's on correctly ('out' is where it's supposed to be) and taped up the threads on the side that's leaking, with no luck. Thinking I forgot an o-ring or something when I assembled it, I looked on JD parts and noticed that the filter element comes apart? Is this easy to do, or do I need to purchase the entire filter element again?

Went to the dealer and order the inside filter element and the two outside o-rings. I took my filter apart and it's definitely missing the two o-rings that are part of the filter element (lva12344, part 27 in attached diagram). From the pic, it looks like they stack on top of each other, but that doesn't make sense. I pick up the parts next week, anyone know how these go together??

Normally the parts are assembled exactly as displayed in parts catalog. My guess is the larger o-ring seals the nut to the filter body and the smaller o-ring seals the filter to the nut.

Ok, makes sense, but there is a small spring on that end of the filter, so I assume the smaller o-ring fits on the end of that and the larger is like you said and seals the nut to the filter body. Hopefully I'll get it this week and post a photo.
