Power 85 Remote handles came off

I have a cab MPower 85. The remote handles came loose underneath the cowling inside the tractor. How do I get to where the handles hook up to operate the remotes. Do I have to take the cowling off inside the tractor? If so how do I remove the fasteners that hold it in place? Or can the remote handles be accessed underneath the tractor. I've looked all around and can not see where to get to them.
