I purchased a post hole digger and two auger bits 2nd hand. It's apparent that they need the teeth replaced. Im going to try and attach pictures of how my bit is set up. Where do i get replacement points and teeth?

I've been unable to find the type of tip/teeth that it came with but I have found these. It was suggested to me that I can drill a second mounting hole and it will work just fine. Looks like it could be a little beaver auger.
They should have an online site. Hopefully they can hook you up.

Doesnt match exactly. Mine has holes in the cutting head. The one you posted has holes on the edge.

The Augers should work on a either hydraulic digger or a 3 point. Looks like just a standard auger bit.
Talk to Little Beaver...They might be able to help.
Also for our Bobcat we get Augers and parts from Best Line leasing. Not sure if they are in your area.

Could you weld up and put some hard facing on the cutting head you have ??

I got a couple of well used augers with an old Speeco phd that I bolted on hot roll mild steel cutting edges with some hard face weld on the edges that lasted surprisingly well. These cutting edges were intended as a quick fix to make useable quickly situation. They were cheap and easy enough to be sacrificial until I had more time to make something more substantial.
