I did not dig a new pond with my CK30, however I did clean out two ponds on my mothers farm with mine. It took approximately 4-5 hours on each pond. We are in the middle of a drought in S.W. Missouri and the smaller pond was pretty much dry. There was about 4 feet of built up manure/soil built up on the bottom. I hauled out about 4 dump truck loads of soil and cleaned it out to the original depth. The other pond was larger but not quite as full of soil. It was great fun with a lot of seat time. Had no problem lifting out very heavy buckets of very moist pudding like soil and did not get stuck in the thick mud w/4x4 engaged. Anyways it might not be capable of digging out a new pond of that size but cleaning out an old one is no problem. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
