As I get older, 80 lb bags of concrete are getting tougher to manage. My home center has the 50 lb bags at almost the same price per pound as the 80 lb bags. 50 lb bags are easy to handle. I figure if I can dig the hole, I can deal with getting the concrete in for back fill.

I don't know much about it, but I've seen some videos on "air crete" which is made by mixing concrete with foam. I haven't seen anyone try mixing concrete with the polyurethene post mix. I guess you couldn't because it would stick to whatever you tried to mix in it and then set before you could thoroughly mix it with the concrete, but I wonder if the air crete stuff would be more widely used if there was some simple, slow setting, foam mix that you could just mix in the concrete.

CCA treated posts are still available in most dimensions in .60 PCF( saltwater splash rated and under ground burial) and 2.5 PCF( saltwater immersion and under ground burial. Most real lumber yards can order them for you.

CCA post set in concrete will last many decades.
