Just curious, but has a pole ever come out of the ground from a tornado or hurricane? Or does the roof get torn off of the poles in the ground and they remain there forever?

Happy, good luck on your project it sounds like you have thought things through.
If you search in "rural living" for a thread called "Raising a Barn" you'll see the barn I built. (57X72X12) I have lots of pictures and I think you might get some good ideas on what/how to do yours. One example is setting the posts. Yours are going to be heavy. The method I used eliminated most all lifting. Here's a picture.
