Hello All,
I have a problem I need some help with. On my asl 300 I developed a coolant leak. Upon further investigation I noticed that some of the bolts around the water pump were loose. I began tightening them and the leaks stoped around these bolts, when I got to the third bolt I discovered it had broken off. Getting to this bolt requires taking the radiator off which has an entrance and exit hydraulic fluid cooler line that will have to be removed, my fear is that I will contaminate the hydraulic fluid or get air in the lines. Can anyone tell me how I can do this without ruining my hydraulic's and also how I would bleed the system to purge air if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks mb
