I'm looking for a good pocket knife that wont break the bank. Right now I carry a couple cheap no name knives that are ok but would like to have a decent quality knife. I'm thinking about the buck 110, it's a bit heavy but with the sheath it should be ok.

What do you folks carry for knives for everyday use?

I carry a Swiss bantam at all times. Its small, simple, easily fits in my pocket and low cost.

I have carried a variety of knives over the years. For the last few years I have been carrying a Buck Vantage Pro 345. I think this exact model has been discontinued but there are simular models. https://www.buckknives.com/knives/everyday/.

I carry it utilizing the pocket clip. I like this since it doesn't take up room in my pocket and I can retrieve it without shoving my greasy hands in my pocket. I like the fact that it is Made in the USA.

I too, carry a Uncle Henry. Mine's a small pen-knife size that I've carried for over 40 years. Needless to say, its been sharpened so many times that the main blade is both thin and narrow. At 80 y/o I think it's time for a new knife. Hopefully the next one will also last me for another 40 years. I'll be watching this thread for the most recommended.

I've carried a Swiss Army Floral knife daily for about 35 years. It was given to me by my boss when I worked a short stint between jobs at a wholesale florist. I know... floral sounds sissy. Whatever, dude. Check it out.

Single blade. Well made. Won't rust. Brass pins. Nice grippy handle. $15.00. So IF you lose it, well, it won't hurt so bad. Fits nicely in any pocket and weighs less than 2oz. I like it so much that after 30 years of carrying the same knife, I retired it rather than lose it, and bought 4 more. I gave one to each of my kids, put one in my pocket, and kept one for a spare. My original sits in a place of honor amongst my cherished possessions. ;)

Kershaw folder, GREAT knife, can be opened with one hand/finger and it's also made in USA...

It has a great blade too, stays sharp even with the abuse I give it...
