Plumbing a loader on a Yanmar 276D

Not understanding. The sump would be the tank return hose from the loader valve. Should be open flow and only when loader valve is actuated. When the loader valve is not being used the flow goes through the PB outlet and back through the 3 point control valve.

Where are you reading the 150psi?

Iam reading the 150psi at the return hose connection at the sump (comes from loader valve ).And you are correct about the PBY connection .

My understanding is and also my experience with having had one of these plumbed in on my old 2002d is that there should be no flow to the sump unless using the loader valve. If you are activating the loader valve and blocking the sump return with a pressure gage then you might read pressure but it should never be blocked. A picture of my sump return while loader valve is being used.

I used a tee connection at the sump .

If I understand what you are saying, 150 psi with the gauge on a T in the line to the sump, you are about to blow all the seals out of the transmission.

I confirmed there is not pressure at the sump. Problem was the press gauge I was using is one to 15000 psi so just needle movement due to vibration. Scale to large as well on gauge. And I operate the, loader no pressure detected as well.
