Please help me decide - Kioti NS6010 HST Cab Over Kubota MX5400 Cab

Thanks to all the help since 2016 when I began here. Please help me make a 30 year decision between these two. The Kubota dealer I’m working with is a bit of a dick salesman which led me to look at Kioti and the dealer owner I’m working with is great- gave me his personal cell. Such a hard decision. Thanks!!

I look at the 5400 when I was upgrading. The layout of the cab was no comparison to the Kioti. Plus Lift Capacity of the Kioti was much better. Dealer has a lot to do with it also and I am real happy with my dealer and a lot closer. Never regretted gong with the Kioti.
With that I have never really been a fan of Kubota so that weighed in also. So much more standard features on the Kioti also.

Ignore the dealer. Which tractor do you like better? Then take cost and the dealer in account. Once you buy the tractor the salesman doesn’t matter, it’s parts and service that matter.

Exactly.... Forget the drummer 'salesperson' and look at the service department at each and then decide. New T4 compliant tractors are complex and may require qualified after sale service. A good service department far outweighs any salesman.

Fair statement Willy. I'd say the exception to that rule is my Kubota dealer. He has no salesman but himself and not only does he know Kubota's well, he arms part time as well. One thing he isn't is high pressure. In fact, he's one of the most laid back people I've ever met and it works for him as he sells more units that anyone else around these parts. Nice guy as well, I know him personally.

In the end I went with the NS6010 HST cab. I'm hoping for delivery this coming week. I'd been waiting on a Lane Shark 3rd function to come in so it could be installed.
